Starting scenario
A respiratory illness spreads through a school. Group X has 92% vaccine uptake and 8 cases per 1000 students. Group Y has 54% uptake and 41 cases per 1000. An antibiotic prescription does not change recovery time. A rapid test has 96% sensitivity but 90% specificity.
